Fornavn og etternavn:
Fornavnet og etternavnet ditt brukes til å identifisere deg og alle andre opplysninger. Dette gjør det også mulig for oss å sikre at kun fysiske personer er aktive som brukere og deltar i kampanjen. I tillegg ønsker vi å sikre at spillere alltid deltar i samsvar med reglene og forhindre at spillere registrerer seg flere ganger under forskjellige pseudonymer.
Kallenavn/brukernavn:
Kallenavnet er ditt fritt valgbare pseudonym. Det er fullt synlig for alle andre brukere og er derfor det navnet du opptrer under offentlig. Valget av kallenavn skal være i tråd med alminnelig anstendighet og ikke være i strid med noen lovbestemmelser (det må f.eks. ikke være diskriminerende overfor andre). Discord-brukernavn:
Du kan skrive inn Discord-brukernavnet ditt i brukerprofilen din. Det er også viktig for utfordringsstøtten at vi raskt og enkelt kan identifisere hvilken spiller vi kommuniserer med. Discord-brukernavnet ditt er synlig for alle andre brukere uten begrensninger. Discord Inc. er et USA-basert selskap som driver kommunikasjonsplattformen Discord. Som nevnt ovenfor bruker vi Discord som vårt hovedkommunikasjonsmedium for YR2V Challenge. Epic Name:
For å kunne spore deltakelsen din i YR2V Challenge, må du oppgi ditt "Epic Name". Dette refererer til det unike brukernavnet som er knyttet til din Epic Games-konto. Det fungerer som din spiller-ID i flerspillerspill og på Epic Games-plattformen, på samme måte som en gamertag. Ditt Epic Name er synlig for alle andre brukere uten begrensninger.
Fødselsdato:
Dette brukes først og fremst til å bekrefte alderen din for spill med aldersbegrensninger eller for å sjekke om du er kvalifisert for kampanjer. Fødselsdatoen din brukes også til statistiske analyser.
Telefonnummer:
Telefonnummeret ditt er valgfritt og brukes til å kommunisere med deg om kampanjer, f.eks. for relevant informasjon eller innsjekkingsforespørsler.
Passord:
For å registrere deg eller logge inn på brukerkontoen din må du opprette et passord som gir deg eksklusiv tilgang til brukerprofilen din og beskytter den mot tilgang fra tredjeparter. Vi kjenner ikke til dette passordet; det lagres i kryptert form i våre databaser. Etter at du har opprettet en brukerkonto, har du også mulighet til å endre eller tilbakestille passordet ditt. E-postadresse: E-postadressen er nødvendig for å registrere deg for kampanjer, nyhetsbrev eller opprette en konto, og brukes til kontorelatert kommunikasjon, f.eks. for å tilbakestille passordet ditt eller bekrefte kontoen din.
Bilde- og videoopptak som del av YR2V-turneringsserien
Som del av deltakelsen i YR2V Challenge og den tilhørende livefinalen tar vi bilder og videoer av deltakerne. Disse opptakene inkluderer blant annet spillsekvenser, livestreamer, webkameraopptak og gruppebilder. De brukes til turneringsdokumentasjon og PR (f.eks. høydepunkter, sosiale medier).
Behandlingen utføres på grunnlag av art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (berettiget interesse). For spesifikke individuelle opptak innhentes separat samtykke i samsvar med art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, om nødvendig.
Juridisk grunnlag
Det rettslige grunnlaget for behandlingen av opplysningene dine er GDPR, spesielt:
• Art. 6 I a. GDPR, i den grad vi har ditt samtykke til å behandle personopplysninger for spesifikke formål (f.eks. registrering for nyhetsbrevet eller medion Challenge, evaluering av data for markedsføringsformål), er lovligheten av denne behandlingen basert på ditt samtykke. Overføring av data til tredjeland eller internasjonale organisasjoner
Vi behandler bare personopplysningene dine innenfor EU. Lagringsperioder

First name and surname:
Your first name and surname are used to uniquely identify you and all other data. This also allows us to ensure that only natural persons are active as users and participate in the promotion. In addition, we want to ensure that players always participate in accordance with the rules and prevent players from registering multiple times under different pseudonyms.
Nickname/username:
The nickname is your freely selectable pseudonym. It is fully visible to all other users and is therefore the name under which you appear publicly. If this is not the case, the user's account may be blocked.
Discord username
You can enter your Discord username in your user profile. If you do so, you will receive access to the official ERAZER Discord via the Discord link and will have access to the corresponding exclusive information and communication channels. It is also important for challenge support that we can quickly and easily identify which player we are communicating with. Your Discord username is visible to all other users without restriction. Discord Inc. is a US-based company that operates the Discord communication platform. As mentioned above, we use Discord as our main communication medium for the YR2V Challenge. The interface with Discord allows us to automatically link accounts on our website to the corresponding Discord profiles. Epic Name:
In order to track your participation in the YR2V Challenge, you must provide your ‘Epic Name’. This refers to the unique username associated with your Epic Games account. It serves as your player ID in multiplayer games and on the Epic Games platform, similar to a gamertag. Your Epic Name is visible to all other users without restriction.
Date of birth:
This is primarily used to verify your age for games with age restrictions or to check your eligibility for promotions. Your date of birth is also used for statistical analysis.
Phone number:
Your phone number is optional and is used to communicate with you about promotions, e.g. for relevant information or check-in requests.
Password:
To register or log in to your user account, you must create a password that gives you exclusive access to your user profile and protects it from access by third parties. We do not know this password; it is stored in encrypted form in our databases. After creating a user account, you also have the option of changing or resetting your password. Email address:The email address is required for registering for promotions, newsletters or creating an account and is used for account-related communication, e.g. to reset your password or verify your account.
Image and video recordings as part of the YR2V tournament series
As part of participation in the YR2V Challenge and the associated live final, we take photos and videos of the participants. These recordings include, among other things, game scenes, live streams, webcam recordings and group photos. They are used for tournament documentation and public relations (e.g. highlight clips, social media).
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). For specific individual recordings, separate consent is obtained in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, if necessary.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the GDPR, in particular:

GDPR, insofar as we have your consent to process personal data for specific purposes (e.g. registration for the newsletter or medion Challenge, evaluation of data for marketing purposes), the lawfulness of this processing is based on your consent. The recipients of your personal data are exclusively those employees of the company who need this information to perform their tasks or to carry out the specific action (need-to-know principle).
Companies affiliated with us, as well as service providers, vicarious agents and partners employed and selected by us (who support us in carrying out the promotion, for example, logistics companies, IT service providers, web hosting, technical service providers) may also receive data for these purposes.
medion GmbH has taken all necessary legal and contractual measures to ensure the protection of your personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions.
Data transfer to third countries or international organisations
We only process your personal data within the EU. Data will only be transferred to entities in countries outside the European Union (so-called third countries) if this is necessary for the execution of your orders, if it is required by law or if you have given us your consent. However, medion uses service providers for certain orders who also use service providers who may have their registered office, parent company or data centres in a third country. We use a conversion tracking and remarketing tool called Reddit Conversion Pixel to evaluate our advertising measures on Reddit. The service provider is the American company Reddit Inc. (548 Market St. #16093 San Francisco, California 94104). Reddit Ireland Limited (Reddit EU Data Inquiries, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland) is responsible for the European region.
With the help of the Reddit pixel, Reddit is able to identify you as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called ‘Reddit ads’) when you visit our online offering.
